We are just wrapping up our three month stay here. It will be sad to leave. This home away from home is so very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked as well, if not better than my kitchen at home. The rooms are nicely appointed and very spacious. At one point we had 6 adults staying and we had lots of room. The outdoor area is A+. The cooking area, the heated pool, along with the outdoor TV as you float by the waterfall!! And then there's the views. Catch the morning sunrise and end the day watching the sun set. The dock is full of sun all day long. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Jan is a perfect host as well. Responsive to any and all questions. Any minor issues are dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend Cape Coral Lakehouse. We had a fabulous time!

Our family of 4 recently stayed at the Cape Coral Lake house this past December. The house itself was nothing short of perfect for our family offering a large open concept inside and the most stunning set up outside. Not only was the outside area decorated so beautifully, the Pool was heated and the deck area was fully equipped with lots of very comfortable furniture, a large outdoor dining table, HUGE food prep area located next to the grill and a large tv for relaxing:) We have been visiting Florida from Canada a couple of times a year for the past number of years and both of our young boys, my husband and I all agreed this was our favorite spot. Steps away from the pool is a decent size deck on the lake with seating to sit and enjoy or cast a line. The house had everything you could possibly need and then some and was 10/10 for cleanliness. The area was very quiet and close to a variety of stores. The owners were extremely helpful, available and a pleasure to rent from. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful home. 10/10 recommend the Cape Coral Lake House.

They stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is gorgeous, very accommodating and super clean. My highlight was being able to wake up and fish first thing in the morning right from the backyard. The pool and deck area with the barbecue were great for swimming, lounging and cooking great meals. The beds are very comfortable and I felt at home and very safe. Neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. 10/10 can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here recently and it was an incredible experience. The home is super spacious and well furnished - it is gorgeous. The home was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed which was wonderful. The views were breathtaking - sitting in the pool and looking out on the water and into the sunset was one of my favourite parts of our stay. The fishing was great too!! Local shops and restaurants were also super accessible, making shopping very convenient. No complaints at all, we had an incredible experience. Can’t wait to return again soon!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Place was beautifully furnished very clean and well maintained. Covered pool area felt private while still able to enjoy the fresh air. Highlight for my hubby was being able to cast a line in the canal and catching enough fish for dinner. I highly recommend Cape Coral Lake house. February 2024.
